June M. L. Poon (Prof. Dr.) is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at UKM-Graduate School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, her MBA from University of Southern California, and her Ph.D from University of Maryland at College Park. Her current research interests include job attitudes, employee motivation, and work engagement. She is a member of the Academy of Management, a life member of the Asian Academy of Management, and a life member of the Case Writers’ Association of Malaysia.
